As integrated textile company, Duniatex built spinning industry to enhance and enlarge products, which it is part of chain process before weaving, dyeing and finishing. PT. Delta Merlin Sandang Textile is one of spinning industry that existed under Duniatex Management Control. It was established in 2002 at Sragen. It is placed on 15 ha area.

Together with the development and market demand, Duniatex was built again new Spinning Industry in 2004. It is placed at Jl. Solo Sragen Km.22 Sidoarjo Sragen. It is called Unit A. Continuous growing up and expanded Unit C in the same place.

Specialized in spinning mills it does not bring water waste. It is very good for spinning products from a basic product to be yarn.
The products are :

- 100% Carded Spun Yarn
(with count Ne 20/1 to 40/1)

- 100% Viscose Spun Yarn
(with count Ne 30/1 to 40/1)

- Poly/Viscose Spun Yarn
(With count Ne 30/1 to 45/1)
